Hi Michael, I recently discovered your blog, and can see a wealth of great information here for anyone interested on the science behind the art of gamifying. I agree with Roman's comment, please do continue exploring Gamification. I believe posts like these are very usefull (and necessary) for the gamification community. I consider important to continuously challenge practitioners to regain perspective of non-trivial concepts of the science of motivation always present under the hood of game design choices.
