ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsAccessing Atlas content has been simplified On Tuesday 17th March, Khoros made an update which will make it easier for Marketing users to access content within Atlas. Instructions for Company Admins [Copy of previously sent email] As a Company Admin for your Company, this email is to notify you that we will soon start re-enabling your Khoros Social Marketing and Vault products. We understand the platform outage has disrupted your team, and want to make sure you are prepared to re-enable Social Marketing and Vault for your organization when the Khoros Marketing Platform is fully back online. Re: Search Anywhere and the Resource Center StanGromer we use Pendo across our solutions for multiple use cases (not just content/discovery). It's more cost effective for our use case to go 3rd party rather than build and maintain, given the distributed cost across our organization. As for why Pendo vs others; great partnership. Across the 5 years I've personally used them, they've been a wonderful technology partner in every aspect. Re: Accessing Atlas content has been simplified elizatickle the workflow for Case Portal access is to submit a Case to our Support team with your community username, letting them know if you just need access to your cases, or all of your organization's cases. You can send that request through support@khoros.com if you don't already have access, or you can use the Case Portal if you're requesting access for a team mate. Re: Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication for Marketing AmandaPo some of the organizations we work with choose to instrument and utilize the Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities of Marketing, in order to control and secure compliance with the authentication standards and internal policies of their company. In this case, a 'non-SSO user' is simply a user whose company is not using this capability, and who therefore logs in through the regular native process. If your company hasn't set up SSO for use with Marketing, you can consider yourself a 'non-SSO user'. Hope that helps! Re: Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication for Marketing MArduengo I'm sure you're definitely not alone in using multiple windows. The behavior you outlined is exactly what's now expected. You will have to click login in a new window, but as your existing session is still active, you won't have to retype the authentication data multiple times. Note that once your session expires in any of your open windows, you will be logged out of all other windows. This will likely mean you have to log back in with your authentication info in one window at least, before refreshing or re-opening the others. Thanks for the catch and I'll make sure we add this information into our existing login documentation to help anybody else with the same question. Re: Add link to case back to support emails jeffshurtliff you're right on with your guess. We have a few revisions to make to our templates which we expect to get to this week, so fingers crossed you won't be waiting for much longer. Re: Instagram Video Publishing is here! Hi youknowmercia whilst there isn't a specific TKB on publishing video to Instagram, the Marketing knowledge base does have a section dedicated to publishing content. The process of adding media to an outbound post is similar across all channels (specify the social network, then upload a properly formatted video from your computer, Content Center, or any other integrated content source), so it's likely you'll find everything you need there.
