Our customer stories are the lifeblood of LiNC and we “came together” to make this event a tremendous success. This was our 6th annual customer conference and we couldn’t have been happier with the content, the participation and the turn out.   • One of our most anticipated speakers, statistician, political forecaster and NY Times best-selling author, Nate Silver, wowed the crowd with down to earth advice on how to grapple with Big Data.

 

  • Chief Strategy Officer, Lyle Fong, unveiled Lithium Social Intelligence— the next generation of Lithium analytics—providing a glimpse into the future of social insight.

 

  • Track sessions with top brands Cisco, Sephora, Sony Electronics, MySpace, Skype and more covered the ins and outs building customer engagement and enfusing social across the enterprise for greater success.

 

  • Key analysts from Altimeter Group, Forrester  and Gartner Research shared industry trends and insights for building social competitive edge.

 

  • Lithium certified nearly 100 community managers and social strategists in pre-conference workshops.
