We’re thrilled to be in our sixth consecutive year of celebrating our customers’ success with the annual Lithium Digital Customer Excellence Awards, also known as the “Lithys”. This award program is always the most anticipated highlight of LiNC, our annual user conference, and offers an inside look at how brands are transforming the way they connect with customers.

Here are this year's categories:

Total Community All Star: Recognizes the company that has leveraged both community and Lithium Social Web (LSW) to implement a stellar digital strategy. Please highlight your unified approach to customer listening and response as well as integration of social with customer care processes and systems. Provide best practices on leveraging community and LSW data and how you are using data in applications, customization and integrations. |

Marketing Champion: Recognizes the company that used a creative contest, promotion and/or marketing strategy to promote their community members (e.g. SuperFans), a community launch or other community milestones, or engagement on their social channels (leveraging LSW). Could include a video submission (optional) to showcase a marketing campaign. |

Social ROI Titan: Recognizes the company with the most impactful business results across community and other social platforms. This category requires the company to include metrics to showcase the results achieved. (e.g. cost savings, sales revenue). |

Excellence in Customer Satisfaction: Recognizes the company that has showcased a significant increase in customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime value among customers. Could include usage of Value Analytics and/or CHI to measure community vibrancy as well as NPS and CSAT metrics. |

Support Savings MVP: Recognizes the company that has best demonstrated significant cost efficiencies and support savings for their business because of Lithium. Could incorporate usage of LSW’s “Ask an Expert” and Monitor Wall, if relevant. |

Community Design of the Year: Recognizes the community with the most impressive and engaging community design as well as a beautifully designed UI and consistency across devices. Demonstrates creative integration with your brand throughout your community. Could include usage of Responsive and Rich Media Experience. |

Regional Star: All submitted entries will be automatically nominated for the Regional Star award. We will have one winner for North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. |

1) This discount code is not permitted to be combined with any other discount code. Should you have a separate code you wish to redeem, the Lithys code can be redeemed by a different 'code owner' from the company.
