Here at Lithium we work with a lot of great brands all over the world, but one of the things that continually surprises us is how innovative all our customers are. They are constantly thinking of new ways of engaging their customers, transforming the ways that they are working to make sure that they are at the forefront of social customer engagement.

 

I got a chance to talk with Brad Shaw, VP of Corporate Communications for The Home Depot, when he was at LiNC this year, about their approach of bringing the Orange Apron store associates into the 'How To' Community.  It's a great story.
