We have a secret and we’re ready to tell you. Actually, we have seven and what’s more they are keys to creating social success with your customers. Interested? We hope so.

 
The inspiration for these came from conversations that we were having with customers and prospects over the last few months, where we heard stories like ‘there is so much information out there right now, I don’t know what to believe or what to do’.  We thought about this for a while and realized that while we couldn’t solve this for everyone, perhaps we could point people in the right direction.
 
You’ll see a lot of chatter about these on Twitter if you look at any of the official Lithium feeds (@LithiumTech @Lithosphere @ScoutLabs) but you can get the full list here.
 
Yes some of these have fun names, or certainly, names that make you think for a second. But if you take the time to build these principles into your planning, you will have a lot more success creating meaningful relationships with your social customers.
