Certainly true, SEO is very important! Sadly Google Structured Data is not implemented correctly on the Khoros platform.
We have found errors in Google search console with Structured Data (Q&A):
- 'acceptedAnswer' or 'suggestedAnswer' must be defined (in 'mainEntity')
- Missing field 'answerCount' (in 'mainEntity')
We have logged ticket 00356421 khoros over a year ago about this. The root cause was investigated and unfortunately the fix appears to be complicated. The P2 ticket still needs to be assigned to an engineer. Our Khoros Support contact is trying to escalate it to a P1 ticket, and discuss this with leadership. This was 4 weeks ago we don't know the result of this discussion.
