Curious to hear from anyone who listened:
- What has worked for you to bring learning and community experiences closer together in the customer experience? For us it's been four building blocks so far that worked well: SSO + shared navigation experience + cross profile badging for learning completion + persistent cross-linking through "Ask a question".
- How are you linking community and event experiences? In my experience prompting pre-event to gather questions rarely worked out. So maybe there are more successful offline ways to collect topics to build event content around.
