AI Moderation: Coming Soon

AI Moderation is being continuously improved to give community managers greater visibility and control. Some of the features coming out in subsequent releases include:

• Multi-language support: AI Moderation will expand to support multiple languages, enabling consistent moderation across global communities. Language availability will be confirmed closer to release.
• Moderation Analytics: Building on existing analytics capabilities, the next release will bring expanded metrics including:
• False positive/negative tracking — understand how accurately AI is moderating content
• Per-board configuration insights — view and manage moderation settings at the board level
• Appeals tracking — monitor and manage appeals raised against moderated posts
• Edited posts tracking — visibility into how moderated posts are being edited post-verdict
• Moderation lifecycle metrics — track the end-to-end journey of a moderated post
