AI generated assistance on search results page

Saw this on a competitors offering and it seems a very simple and effective way to help community members. 

At the top of the search results page, have an AI-generated answer to the search result, preferably also with attribution to the TKBs or community discussions the answer drew upon. 

Eg if I search "how to set up MFA" I am going to get much more assistance from an AI-generated answer rather than a list of results that mention MFA.

  • I also love this idea: Meaningful AI augmentation of a common community scenario that enriches the search experience without taking away from the human conversation element that folks come to communities for. 👏  

    And I love the fact that even though there's no product ideation on Atlas any more (😢), members will just keep posting their product ideas whereever there's an ideation area available ;)

    Appreciate you sharing this, Jason! Since this idea is not Atlas-specific, but a general product enhancement idea, I'm going to go ahead and mark it as Declined for Atlas. Feel free to link to this thread though when passing the idea along to your CSM or account rep.

    It could, but we're much more likely to beta test enhancements here that we've already announced and planned to roll out to all users. Reason being, we're trying to be much more thoughtful these days about whether an Atlas-only customization is really truly worth it, since we want Atlas to primarily show what's possible out of the box.
