The khoros system should be able to archive data for a minimum of 5 years, not 2 years. 2 years is a blink on the radar for all companies.

What exactly are you talking about, which platform, community/care/etc? Is this about reporting data only going back two years? Ultimately all data is available on your site, so it's there forever arguably, but more info definitely needed to understand the ask.
