Rich Text Editor properties not showing in community

I can see the rich text editor's toolbar populated on Chrome 67 on Windows 7.

What's your configuration where you see it empty?

ClaudiusH, Yes its fixed now.

Yesterday It was not working for all of us not even on mobile. But I can see its fixed today.

Even the image I have attached of the issue is from choose file button.
