Update to Private Messages V3

Any reason why Atlas isn't using the new PM experience?  In general I'd love to see Atlas show off all of the new features I guess? Dogfooding is good after-all and since a customer 'demo' site ...

    wendy Atlas is in the process of upgrading to PM v3 and will be available in a few days.
