Unless there is a widespread issue that we plan to address with a single Tweet by the handle, we do work to respond to any support request directed to the handle. Twitter allows anyone to search all mentions of @kloutsupport, see where and when there are questions posted, and which of them have received responses.
Many do, but not all. So perhaps there is a gap in the process.
