    Kudos Category: Best-in-Class: Community

The goal of the Dynatrace Community is to arm customers with the knowledge necessary to ensure their success.

We went a long way from having simple Q&A and ideation forums to a place that supports customers from all possible angles.

Since 2022, we launched a number of new content types: events, including Community Ask-Me-Anything sessions, user groups led by our customers and partners, technical talks with Community members (Community videos), and the Troubleshooting forum with knowledge base articles coming directly from our Support engineers.

This allowed our Community to grow to be not only the place where our users can get 24/7 support, but where we could create a unique culture around the Dynatrace product and innovate together.

With the 48.6% year-over-year increase of page views and over 100,000 solution views monthly, our Community stays a solid part of the Dynatrace support strategy, both by assuring our customers' success through knowledge circulation and by resulting in lower load on the Customer Support structure. Imagine how many support tickets have been avoided, if your Community helped even 1% of those looking for answers!
