Polls - Moderation
Polls follow your community’s existing moderation rules - board-level moderation settings apply. There is no separate poll-specific moderation configuration.
If a board has moderation enabled (including AI moderation, Akismet spam filtering, or manual review), poll posts go through the same workflow as any other post:

Access controls
Polls are controlled by a multi-layer access system:
Global Toggle → Board Toggle → Creator Rank → Account Age.
Each layer must pass for a member to create a poll.
Community activity limits apply to polls. Since polls are part of posts, they count toward per-hour post limits.
Safeguards
- Duplicate vote prevention - unique constraint on poll + option + user
- Rank gating - restrict creation to members of a specific rank or higher
- Account age gating - require accounts to be a minimum number of days old
