Email Template - Using the Template Editor

Click any template card to open the visual editor. The editor has three areas: the left sidebar (Blocks and Variables), the center canvas (email preview), and the right sidebar (properties panel).

Content blocks

Click a block type in the left sidebar to add it to the canvas.

Editing text

Click any text block on the canvas to edit directly. Supports bold, italic, underline, links, and heading sizes.

Note: Keep email text to 50–125 words. Lead with the most important information.

Canvas background

Option

Description

Solid

Single background color via hex code or preset swatches. Default: white (#ffffff).

Gradient

Two-color gradient with configurable direction (Top to Bottom, Left to Right, etc.).

Desktop vs. mobile preview

Use the Desktop/Mobile toggle at the top of the canvas to preview across devices. 

Note: Over 60% of email opens happen on mobile - always check mobile view before publishing.

Subject line

The Subject field at the top of the canvas sets the email subject. Variables work in subject lines (e.g., {communityTitle} Email address change confirmation).
