The last two months came with big updates for Khoros. In August, Jack Blaha, Khoros’ new CEO introduced himself to the community and shared his plans for Khoros. In September, we celebrated the community’s 11th anniversary and unveiled our new name, Atlas, during Engage. Speaking of Engage, we also shared two recaps that you can read here and here.
Over the last two months, we blogged about the difference between Social Media Monitoring and Listening, Brand Authenticity on Social, and shared a sneak peek at the Customer Engagement Maturity Model that was presented at Engage.
We also launched 3 new Product Coaching areas in Atlas: Community, Care, and Marketing. Customers can take advantage of this great resource and schedule 1:1 sessions with our platform experts. For customers new to Atlas, check out the Guide to Atlas Product Coaching Session.
There were some great discussions on Atlas over the last few months like @sarah_m’s topic about badge redesigns that includes some great examples of badges on other communities and @Enidin's topic about the community life cycle.
