The definition of a visionary is someone who thinks and plans for the future with imagination and wisdom.  For the fourth consecutive year, we’re excited to announce that Gartner has named Lithium a Visionary in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant report for the CRM Customer Engagement Center (CEC).
 
Gartner defines this honor as: “visionaries are ahead of many competitors in delivering innovative products and delivery models. They anticipate emerging and changing needs for customer service and move into the new sectors associated with them.”

While we appreciate the Visionary status, for some time, we have anticipated and executed on the changing needs of customers. For us, the digital transformation has already happened. And, for many of you, you already understand that your customers are relying on digital channels to connect and engage with you for service, support and much more. 
  
We celebrate being in the forefront, and thank all of our customers that are marching with us as visionaries. More importantly, we know it’s imperative that we keep moving forward, with wisdom and imagination, as we lead the way to the next dimension of customer experience.
