Lithium Community Configuration and Administration
This course introduces users to the Community Admin—the control center for configuring the primary settings for Lithium Communities and performing ongoing administration. Participants will learn the important concepts and settings that community managers most often consider as they set up and maintain a community. Through interactive lectures and hands-on exercises, students will get the opportunity to evaluate the importance and impact of different configuration and administration settings. The course agenda is as follows:

Lithium Response for Agents
With an estimated more than 1 billion Facebook users and 200 million Twitter users, it’s no surprise that the rise of social media has permanently impacted the customer service channel. The Lithium Response for Agents course covers how agents interact with customers using Lithium Response. Through interactive lectures and exercises, participants will learn the key features of Lithium Response that allow agents to work efficiently and effectively while representing your company professionally and according to policies. The agenda for the Lithium Response for Agents course is as follows:

Lithium Response for Administrators
This class goes beyond the Agent class and covers the day-to-day responsibilities of and configuration settings for users in the Account Admin and Supervisors areas of Lithium Response. Through interactive lectures and exercises, participants will learn the key Admin and Supervisor features of Lithium Response that will help you establish and maintain an effective and efficient social listening and response environment for your Agents. The agenda for the Lithium Response for Administrators course is as follows:

Lithium Reach provides the power to easily schedule, manage, and publish social marketing campaigns. This course is designed to introduce Marketing Managers and Professionals to Lithium Reach — and the power to craft and share their stories. Participants will learn important tools and techniques to help teams plan and collaborate on their messaging. The course will cover all of the features and functionality of Reach through a combination of interactive presentations and comprehensive exercises. The course agenda is as follows:
