The homepage navigation is much clearer, and the new design feels fresh and true to the brand.Great job!

Yes, it looks great, but... I now have to look at the "new replies" counter to see whether there is new content to read. All the messages now look identical; there is no visual differentiation for unread messages. Fail.

Having the navigation structure change has caused a bit of confusion. It is no longer apparent where to access the Case Portal from the community. Any chance a link to the Case Portal can be added to the navigation options on the right or the global header navigation?

You can access it from here: http://supportcases.lithium.com @JulieH advised access to the cases would be lost "not sure for how long" but you can still view them on that URL.

Yep it has taken a few minutes to get used to the navigation, but it does look good!

Sorry about the confusion everyone! We're about to post an announcement listing out all the changes. I will look into adding a link to the case portal to the side navigation.

Customers with case portal access can now view the link in the side navigation under Knowledge & Support.

Yes, after complimenting the navigation I noticed that cases were suddenly really hard to find. Thanks for fixing it and making me not eat my words!  Woman Wink

We've fixed the issue of unread posts not being visually differentiated. They will now once again show bold titles, and unbold once you have read them.

I have to say that I'm ashamed of myself!

 

I never spend (almost) anytime on here.

Why? Too busy with my work and my own community + monitoring customers sites related to my job?

Why? I don't book time in my schedule for it?

Why? I have an AWESOME support from @BrianO when I have brainfarts....yes yes not ideas but farts.

Why? Why not? Something we have to put things aside to meet deadlines right?

 

Well, I'm ashamed. The new layout is awesome and the new enviroment is very welcoming. I just experienced what social media can do to you when changes are made the proper way to strike interest.

 

Sorry Brian and @BlairPo @RobD but my hamster just changed gears in ways you don't want to put your fingers around :)

 

I will spend more time around and grasp the ideas from others but share my little B2B experience.

The thing is, you don't realize what you are missing until a shovel hits your face. Ok, maybe a biiiiiiiiiiit too much, but I'm sure you are getting my point

 

What else should I say? Thanks Lithium. I'll leark more and frenchie from QC will bug you from time to time.
