@AndyK, Its been more then a month now that I have raised this issue, not able to see single notification on my account.
Even I am not receiving any of the emails notifications for my account since very long. Attached are the notifications settings for my account
Is that something blocked for me only? or anyone else also facing the same.

I synced with @AndyK and @ChadB. If your user has already tried clearing cookies and using a different browser (common solves), and is still having this issue, please create a ticket and we'll investigate. Much appreciated!
Thank You! @BlakeH. I created a case, 00380479. The odd thing is that it happens even when I am impersonating the user, but my and other accounts I impersonate are fine. So multiple devices, multiple browsers, and we cleared the cache and cookies in all browsers on all devices.
