I've been to more than a few LiNC conferences so it's no mystery, that Lithium customers are not just customers they are superfans. I'd like to see a form in the community to input referrals that are fast tracked and scored appropriately to get to the right sales team ASAP. This will eliminate emails to our own customer support team but reference them by the form identifying a logged in user effectively dragging all of my customer info with the referral to the sales team. I feel the same way, if you run an external community your only choice is Lithium, the only reason Jive and Drupal are in the consideration set is because procurement wants three bids. Nuff said.
