Windows Firefox desktop
To click reply on a thread, I need to right click and open in new tab.
Cannot reproduce on Firefox 71 on Windows 10. Just opened Firefox browser without any previous tabs open. Browsed to Atlas and this topic and hit reply: The message editor opened below. Then I signed in and tried the same and worked as well.
Does the problem persist for you today?

I tried using Internet Explorer and have the same issue so it might just be my computer.

Must be something related to your local setup indeed as it's working with my Internet Explorer 11.535. Maybe you have a local firewall rule blocking fetching of certain JavaScript resources?
