Is there a way for Khoros Care Analytics and Intelligence to integrate together? if not, do you recommend using one or the other for internal social listening reports - and overall telling the data driven story (internally) of your brand during the current situation?
I found using Khoros Care Analytics has been working. Specifically the dashboards and live monitor, which allows a quick and simple way to see the incoming post/mention trends and volume over a specific time frame - for them without getting too into the depths of data.
However, I feel Intelligence has a lot more opportunity to tell the story of what is happening out on social media, both for our brand and generally. With that, I was curious if there's a recommendation on which tool is better or more efficient to use if you have both. Do you prefer one over the other - why?
I appreciate any insight or best practices to leverage both of these terrific tools.
@JennaKempie great question! I honestly think you need both. Each tool has its own idiosyncrasies that give you the complete picture of what is happening. I think you said it best, "Intelligence tells the story", but Khoros Care validates it.
We all know the story is what grabs the attention of your Executives or audience, but having the numbers and the data behind it makes it real, and that gives you the firepower to drive change!
