How to switch your Atlas profile to non-customer

If you’re no longer a Khoros customer but would still like to access Atlas as a Registered User you can follow the steps below: 

  1. Update your email. Go to your profile settings and change your email address to the email you’d like to use for Atlas notifications. 
  2. Verify your new email address.
  3. Notify communityhelp@khoros.com that your account should be switched to a Registered User account. 

Switching to a non-customer profile does remove access you held as a customer, but still provides excellent resources in the discussion sections and job board.
