I'm getting a few reports of people not receiving email subscriptions from our community since around early/mid July and I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing the same. (??) I've checked their notification settings and had them check their email spam settings and I can't see a problem.
Coincidentally I stopped getting email notifications from this community with similar symptoms. I opened a support case and they told me that somehow my email was on a "bounce list". They removed it from the list and I'm now receiving them.
I'm just checking to see if I'm the only one seeing this before I open another support case as I can't figure it out. Feel free to tell me all your troubleshooting tips when figuring out notification problems as I could be missing something. - Kim
I've encountered similar issues in an older, large community in the past. It was difficult to reproduce, seemed to only affect some users, and it was sporadic. We never did track down the reason behind it - sorry. 😥
