Cannot remove community role

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to add Community Admin Role to a newly registered user but failed with error. I cannot even remove existing Admin Role from another user, and this is happening in stage. This error keeps popping in with this message "Access Denied. You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue". Did anybody ever encounter the same issue?

@fatinmunirah - Sometime I get this error when I click on remove role before the page even fully loaded.

Follow up questions - Have you done this in the past?  Are you sure that you have those permissions on the backend?
