KB information

hello,

Is there any way to when users sees a post they know that it has been update recently?

If you have this component on your KB article page you can see the versions and when it was last updated:

I dont have this component, but I dont need it at articles only, I need it to put in post like this, is a forum or discussion, with answers and questions.

In a discussion forum we have bold subjects if they haven't been read or the have new replies:

We also have this "Unread Topics" component on the right side that indicates which posts have not been read:
