Existing feature: Our CRM system is integrated with Khoros Community. Any new post that gets created in Community creates a Support Ticket in our CRM system.
Requirement: We want to integrate 'Me Too' feature with our CRM system. So whenever user click 'Me Too' on a post , we want to create a new Support Ticket in our CRM for this particular user.
We want to know:
1. Information whether a user clicked on Me Too or unclicked Me Too button exist in Webhook Meta Data?
2. Is there APIs that gives information about all the users who have clicked on Me Too?
@deepu_thomas When you say webhook, you mean Khoros event subscription model. Currently the event subscription model does not support MeToo action.
However, there are other ways to do it. Some custom code can be injected to listen for MeToo action, and then communicate to your CRM support ticketing system (similar to your new post action). It is certainly doable.
Since this is not out-of-the-box function, some custom coding is required. And it differs on different CRM systems. You can contact your IT team or Khoros PS team or us. You can drop me a Private message and the work can be quoted.
