New email templates and/or editing existing template triggers

Essentially what I'm wanting to do is to create new email templates as well as being able to adjust the rules for existing ones. Does anyone know if you can do this? I can't find anywhere in studio unless I only want to edit the text within the template.

at the moment, you can edit the existing templates from Studio (as you already found out). Documentation can be found here .

 

It is not possible to add brand new templates, or change the rules that trigger sending an e-mail notification. You may want to submit a Product Idea however, as this could be a nice improvement to be considered. Or add votes / comments to the existing one posted by @VarunGrazitti .

Hi @PaoloT, when I clicked on Documentation can be found here, I am getting "Access Denied".

And this is unfortunately on almost every single page with documentation

You will need to get in touch with the moderation team to obtain access or, if you are a Lithium customer, you can contact your Customer Success representative and they will be able to arrange it with you. If you are a partner working with one of our customers, you can ask them directly and they will be able to get it sorted out too!
