Not recieving emails on case replies

Hi,

 

We're not receiveing email on case replies on case portal.

 

Any idea, what could be the issue?

I've created a new Email-to-Case setup and everything seems to be working except that when I try to reply to an email sent from a case, it's not showing up in Salesforce mybkexperience.
