Thread Details and Summary at top of thread

Hi,

We are looking at other communities and noticed this widget at the top of a thread which looks like something we could use in our own community. I'm not clear if an out of the box widget exists in Khoros or if we would have to build a widget to look/feel like this, but am curious to understand if something like this is available out of the box as this looks like a standard widget offered by this community platform.

Hi! Are you talking about the community health metrics across the top? Or the Frequent Posters section? Either way, the UI on this is...shall I say...not ideal.

Hey @JennyW thanks for your quick reply. The metrics are out of the box, and have seen roll ups of users who have posted in the thread before. However, the items we have not seen is the ability to cherry pick URLs posted by customers in replies into a popular links section and the ability to 'summarize this topic' which has the ability cut down on the noise. I'm not clear on the logic behind the the summarize button if is moderator based or on replies/likes, but looks interesting? I didn't know if there was something similar that was out of the box or we would have to replicate as a custom widget if that is the direction the community team wanted to move.

Thanks for sharing more info! We do have something similar!  The Featured Topics component can share topics that YOU select to be shown on a Board page.
