Users Can't Subscribe to Boards

Okay, I'm at a bit of a loss here. When I'm logged in, I have a Subscribe ability for boards:

However when a user selects the same dropdown, they don't have the Subscribe or Bookmark options:

I've made sure that Use subscriptions and Use bookmarks are granted for this board (and in general):

Any ideas why this isn't working?

It could be two things:

1. If the user has not verified thier email address, they cannot subscribe.

2. Admin > System > Subscriptions > Turn off board subscriptions may be enabled.

Hey @BrianOblinger, Trying to figure out why we don't have the option to "subscribe to a forum" available. I checked to see if it's enabled and it is. Any other suggestions? We're on the new responsive platform. Thanks!

Hi @rmakool - I took a look at your community and a few other responsive sites. Looks like there isn't a Forum Options menu anywhere on the page to even find the option to subscribe (among other things). Could be an oversight or honest CSS mistake. You may want to inquire with Lithium Support.

Guys thank you for being helpful to our community here. I am still having an issue because I am not receiving any notifications for all updates on the board that I subscribed to or even on the specific questions. I also updated my notification settings in My Subscriptions but still no luck on it. Please help us. Thank you in advance.
