Would love to use lithium for our 1.7m users but you never come back to me!

Hi,

We have 1.7m users and growing fast, we have budget and demand. I've emailed 3 times, completed your online forms, phoned the London answering service and left a message and left a message directly with head office.

NOBODY ever gets back to me. Ever! It's weird. 

If you don't want to deal with us for some corporate reason, then a polite reply would be appreciated, alternatively if you would like a new paying client, we would welcome the discussion!
