We have been advised from some of our members that they are not receiving notification emails as they are going to their spam folders. Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this as email notifications are our main way of contacting members and bringing them back to the community.

I suggest you add "if not already" DKIM signing to the emails coming from the lithium platform, this will mitigate the issue. you can log a ticket with support to check and enable this but you'll also need some support from your own IT dept or whoever owns your domains to assist.
