Just want to know if aside from using the dashboard to communicate with customers easily, that I'll be able to easily export all conversations into a CSV file or Excel file for our reports. If so, how is that done? Thank you for your time!
The Raw Post export contains inbound posts and outbound replies. A row in this report will always contain a inbound post, and may (or may not) contain a reply. Each row indicates the order of the inbound post in the conversation and the order of the response in the conversation .The reporting documentation contains a data dictionary that explains the columns. Please post any additional questions too.
