Community Metrics: Pulling the Organization Field

Good day everyone,

To best understand my membership, I am trying to pull the company names (Organization) from the Personal Information tab in a user's profile to determine the % of clients represented within my Community.
I can pull this for individual members:
Community Admin > Metrics > User Reports

I would like to pull this for companies too; can this be done without an API call?

Hi @Toby ,

You can open a case with our support team and request for that field to be added  to the User Reports column list drop-down from Admin Metrics.

I opened a case as you suggested and referenced this discussion with a URL to it within my case. This is the response I was sent:
"Which parameter are you looking for to fetch the data from Community Admin > Metrics > User Reports ?"

How should this be answered?
