Export user data (with language tags)

Hi

 

We're currently planing our first Community Mailing. As we handle the platform in 3 languages, I need also to export the user settings. 

What's the easiest way to export the data with included language informations?

@oliverlutz1 how about Community Admin > Metrics > User reports. Don't forget to add the field 'Language'.

@oliverlutz1 weird ... this seems to be out of the box. The field selection is at the bottom of the Uer Reports

@OlivierS Indeed. I can't see this option.

@oliverlutz1 - As you mentioned your community has 3 languages, can you confirm if all of these are enabled right now or are you planning to get them enabled? The reason I am saying this is because the language option would only appear for the multilingual communities. I verified and confirmed that a community with only one language doesn't have this field, and one which is multilingual does.

 

You could see if your community has multiple languages, hit this call and it will show all the available languages.

P.S. this is actually a trick of setting an unavailable language so the system returns the error showing the list of available languages to choose from.

 

Otherwise, please get in to with Lithium support.
