Is there a list of error messages that agents may come across in SMM (actually not sure if it's called Social Media Manager anymore nowadays... it's the one that lets you respond to customer social media inquiries) available anywhere? I searched in a few places, but couldn't find one.
It would be really great if there was a PDF or similar where I could quickly reference what some of the error messages could mean--e.g. "No account to respond to" is potentially a permissions issue, etc.
Has anyone come across one they could share?
