Analytics question! Could someone please describe the 'Post Approved' Metric for Moderators? If you have an Admin Filter on, the moderator who clicks on the email which then takes you to the Community, does that count as a 'post approved'?
I'm really trying to set clear metrics for my team of moderators and where one is outshining with 'Flags Cleared' (because they go through their notifications every morning vs just their board) the other is out preforming in 'Posts Approved'. From my understanding, besides the Admin Filters, I don't have any type of posts that need to be 'approved' before posting.....totally stumped.
