since a few days - probably at the same time as the migration to AWS- we have problems to process tkb articles. There is simply no content in the article body area in the articleeditorpage, rich text tab. Switching to HTML shows, that the content is there (and editable as HTML). But editing texts in HTML is no real option.
Does anyone experience the same behaviour? So far, we didn't find a meaningful workaround until the bug will be fixed. I'd be grateful for ideas!
Not here. TKB content is fine in our community. Sorry to hear you're having problems with it. The only thought I have is to look at the HTML tags and see if there's anything there that is causing it. For example here's a test TKB post I just made:

Thanks, @kgroneman ! I've been looking at HTML and did not find anything suspicious. But I found, that articles without images are not affected.
Hi @JuMir I just tested ours with an image and it works as I would expect. Here's the HTML for that if you want to compare.

Maybe something else on the page that is causing it? A custom content box content perhaps? You may want to look at the page source and see if you can find anything like an unclosed HTML tag or something (???) Good luck.
Thanks @kgroneman! We'll leave it to Khoros to solve this. The page throws some JS-errors. So I guess, that's the cause of the problem
