Software Known Issues process

Are you using the Community to communicate your Known Issues (bugs/defects) to your customers?  If so, what discussion style are you using (forum/ideas/KB/blog)?  How is it working?

To report Bugs and get solutions on the reported bugs by taking help of all the community members you can use "forum" for these kind of discussions, and if you only want to discuss on the bug reported internally from the community managers or moderators then you can notify to the members by using "blog" also you can use blof for press news and new releases.

To share your knowledge on your product or business to troubleshoot things and get starting using the product help articles, adding new updates and features you can use "KB" for that.
