we've just head internal discussion with our analytics department, concerning the moment when the questionnaire is being displayed to the user. As there are different usage patterns (& time spent) - the most proper moment would be - when the user leaves the site. It makes a lot of sense and sounds more accurate. I'm not aware if this option is available at the moment (we know about settings on admin). If it is possible - great news - I would love to get know more about it 🙂 ). If not - has it been discussed already or maybe is planned for the future?
