Our community has internal staff who always refer to the community knowledge base to communicate information to customers across various touchpoints. They're frontliners so they frequently use community as a main source of reference. Is there a way that I can keep them signed in without them having to sign in again everytime they pass the idle time set? Probably can set by permissions but not for all users, for sure. Appreciate your suggestions!
There are few settings related to this available ADMIN - SYSTEM - Auto Sign-In. Where you can set Inactivity time (minutes) before auto-logoff, However, I don't think you can set this for a particular role.
