Allow Tag Own Posts Only

Hello, 

Is there a way to prevent users tagging posts made by others? It seems like the only setting is to allow or deny users to use tags. We'd like to allow users to tag - but only tag their own posts.

@AlanA- A workaround for this could be, hiding the add tags form using CSS or you also can remove it using Jquery. You need to check if the viewer of the message is an author or any other user.
