Is it possible to trigger an autoreply or an auto-email to the sender of a private message? Something to the effect of "We received your private message...we will get back to you within x hours." as the autoreply message.

Hi originally this was set up with Twitter but they no longer support it. However, we do have a set of templates that we set up with help from our account manager. These are based on the most popular questions that we need to ask our customers. Hope this helps
