Board can be seen only by members?

How I build a board what can be seen only if you are signed in? It should be open for every member but only for the members.

I know how to build a board and grand access but I don't want to add all the members manually.

You can create a new role for that board with proper permissions and that role you can assign to those members who can see this. This is manually process to assign role.

Another way to assign that role using ranking formula. These members may have specific rank in the community by which you can apply them new role automatically to all those members who have those ranks.

So I have to add that role member by member? We have 51k members at the moment, I don't want to type them one by one 🙂

Using a rank is probably your best bet ( @Parshant mentioned this option, too0 - have a simple rank set up that someone will earn automatically (you might already have it), then have that rank automatically assign a role (Make sure your role is set up first). Then use this role to give access to the board.  Here's some more info on it.

One caveat here - if you are adding this in now, your existing users will likely not get the role. I would recommend after setting up the above you then export out your 51K users through a user report - take only their username to make it faster/easier. Then use the bulk importer to assign everyone the new role that you create.

This need special need because I need this board only few days I don´t have to add members to it later on.

I created the role and used bulk importer to import the users to it.
