Does anyone know where I can tweak the setting so that the SSO does not validate against upper/lower case characters in the username?

Hi Matt,
This is actually a configuration at your SSO endpoint. Lithium Community as a SSO user won't have any impact on how the authentication is executed. You should talk to whoever manages your SSO endpoint to get this changed.
