Hey! Are you looking more for an invite to the community, or a follow-up "thanks for visiting" email? I think I have examples of both.

Here's a screenshot of the "Welcome" email that we send to new community members. It's a little long, but perhaps a good starting point.

And here's another example, from our "Swagplease" promo in which we officially announced the community to a bunch of customers, and gave them a small task to complete in order to maybe win some swag.
